your position within your business, the business size and relevant

through a credit reference agency. The agencies record these searches.
We also share information about you and the conduct of your account
with credit reference agencies and relevant third parties.

financially linked will be used to verify your identity and for
the credit assessment of you and them.
We may also use your information for payment recovery or fraud
and debt tracing. We will pass on details of defaulting accounts
to debt collection agencies.

Disclosure of your information
The information you provide to us will be held on our computers
or the computers of the person engaged to host our server in the
UK and may be accessed by or given to our staff working outside
the UK, if applicable, and third parties including Kafévend
Group Holdings Limited and companies within the Kafévend
Group Holdings Limited group who act for us for the purposes set
out in this policy or for other purposes approved by you. Those
parties may, as applicable, process information, fulfil and deliver
orders, process credit card payments, process and undertake credit
reference checks and provide support services on our behalf. We
may also pass aggregate information on the usage of our site to
third parties but this will not include information that can be
used to identify you.
Where you have consented when providing us with your details,
we may also allow carefully selected third parties, including other
companies in our group, to contact you occasionally about products
and services which may be of interest to you including drinks and
snacks vending equipment and products and such other services or
products offered by Kafévend Group Limited. They may
